As an American Diversified Financial Group (ADFG) client, you have entrusted to our care not only your hard-earned money, but your personal and financial data as well. We recognize that your relationship with us is based on trust, and that you expect us to act responsibly and in your best interests. Because your personal and financial data is your private information, we hold ourselves to the highest standards in its safekeeping and use.

You typically provide nonpublic personal information when you complete and account application with ADFG or one of our affiliated comanies. This information may include your name and address, social security number or taxpayer identification number, assets, income, account balances and investment activities. We do not share such information except when needed to complete transactions that you request or to others as permitted or required by law. For example, this information is provided to RBC Dain Correspondent, our clearing firm and mutual fund companies with whom you hold a direct investment. These companies will also furnish you notificationof their privacy policies.

Even within ADFG, only people involved with servicing your accounts have access to your information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed federal standards.

As required by federal law, we will notify you of our privacy policy annually.
